Briarbush Boxers has made every effort to provide you with a quality, healthy Boxer puppy.
We guarantee this puppy is purebred and can be registered with (AKC) American Kennel Club.
We guarantee that all dewormings and vaccinations have been administered as stated, by a NH State licensed veterinarian. The buyer will be given 3 days (72 hrs) from the time of purchase to have the puppy examined by their State licensed veterinarian. At this exam, if the puppy is found to have a life threatening, hereditary congenital defect or any major health problem, have the licensed veterinarian sign a written document stating the problem or defect, notify the Briarbush Boxers, and return the puppy along with his or her AKC registration papers within 24 hours. This will be done at no expense to Briarbush Boxers.
This guarantee does not include, fleas, mites, coccei, giardia, or any other intestinal worm/parisite, as these are common in dogs and puppies. Briarbush Boxers will not be held responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona Virus after 72 hours of the sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving.
The decision to purchase a puppy is not one to be made lightly, there is lots of forethought and preparation required. It is a life long commitment of 8 - 12 years and sometimes longer. Your puppy is up to date on all vaccinations and dewormings. You will be provided a current health record at the time you receive your puppy. Please take the health records with you to your licensed veterinarian when you have your puppy examined. It is very important to continue the scheduled vaccinations and dewormings after you take your puppy home.
You, the buyer, agree to insure your puppy's good health and to make sure that your puppy receives excellent quality food and care. Briarbush Boxers recommends feeding your puppy a high quality dog food, an approved list will be provided. Remember that puppies and all dogs are at the mercy of its owner.
This contract is valid only to the original buyer. If the puppy is transferred to another owner the contract is null and void.
Briarbush Boxers makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, under this contract except as stated above.
By signature below, buyer acknowledges receipt of a copy of this agreement, information package, including feeding information and vaccination schedule.
We hope we have helped you to choose the right puppy for you and your family. If for any reason there comes a time, that this puppy/dog does not work out for you, or if your life changes such that you are unable to provide for this Boxer, please contact us for assistance at www.briarbushboxers.com. Under no circumstances is this dog to be brought to a shelter. We will be happy to assist you in finding a new home. A Boxers welfare is very important to us. **Future photos and updates are always appreciated....**
